Elizabeth Beatrice Burford

Elizabeth was known to have a warm personality that welcomed anyone in her presence. She thrived in the sales department with Belk Co. for many years, she also had experience working for J.J. Newberry, then later, working for McRae's.

Mrs. Burford was a beloved wife to her late husband, William E. Burford Sr., as well as a loving and thoughtful mother to her sons, William E. Burford Jr. and Calvin Mack Burford; and a source of comfort and love to many other extended family members and friends.

Elizabeth Beatrice Burford will be greatly missed, but her family will cherish every memory they have had with her for the years to come.

Visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, on July 8, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, on July 9, 2026, at 10:00 am.
