She was born to Mr. & Mrs. James Riley Robbins (Emma Hollis). Her brothers, Edison Robbins, Odis Robbins, Leon Robbins, and sisters, Ruth Hannah, and Claudie Stanley, all preceded her in death. She married Austin Lee Moman, Sr. and had 4 children, Austin Jr. (Mickey) Moman (Janice), Kenneth Moman, Phillip Moman, (Deborah), and Robin Franks (Harold). Her husband and son Phillip also preceded her in death.
Elouise was a past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star Organization in the 1970s. She was also a member of the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee), formerly Baptist. She was an employee of AmSouth Bank and Regions Bank.
Elouise cherished the small moments of everyday life through meditating on God’s Word, watching hummingbirds feed in her garden, studying genealogy, and fellowshipping with friends and family. She placed wisdom and common sense in high regard, and was blessed with an uncanny ability to recall a name, relation, or birthday without fail.
She loved fulfilling her roles of grandmother and great-grandmother. Her children and grandchildren will miss her greatly.
“Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine! O, what a foretaste of glory divine! Heir of salvation! Purchase of God! Born of His Spirit! Washed in His blood! This is my story, this is my song! Praising my Savior all the day long! This is my story, this is my song! Praising my Savior all the day long!” - Fanny Crosby
