Esther loved flowers, butterflies, hummingbirds, and her family. She adored her grandson, John Rollins (Ashley); great-grandsons, James Paul Rollins and Apollo Ryan Rollins. She retired from Coca Cola United and was a devout member of Grantswood Baptist in Irondale, Alabama.
Ms. Esther C. Hayes is predeceased by her husband, Mr. James H. Hayes; son, Billy J. Hayes; as well as her siblings. she is survived by her daughter, Patsy Booher; several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
A Visitation for Esther will be held on Sunday, October 12, at 2:00 PM at Grantswood Baptist Church, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 3:00 PM.
