Evelyn was a woman of strong faith who believed in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved watching football, enjoying the company of her friends in her assisted living community, and spending time with her son and granddaughters.
Evelyn worked at BellSouth for 33 years. After retiring from BellSouth, she worked part-time as a receptionist at White, Arnold and Dowd Law Firm for 11 years.
We are very grateful for the love the WAD family showed Evelyn throughout her years there.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Craig; her mother, Mary Tubbs; her father, Barney Tubbs; her brother, Barney Tubbs Jr.; her sisters, Doris McDaniel and Carolyn Hosmer; her brother-in-law, Bill McDaniel; her nephew, Mike McDaniel, and many dear friends.
She is survived by her son, Stephen Craig; her two beloved granddaughters, Dylan and Madeline Craig; her sisters, Amelia Robb and Marilyn Riley; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who all loved her dearly.
She was loved by so many, and will certainly be missed.

Visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, on November 7, 2026, from 10:15 am to 11:00 am, followed by A Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 am.
Evelyn's final resting place will be Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, US.
