Frances S. Rhea

Mrs. Frances S. Rhea age 90 from Gardendale, Al. passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Ms. Rhea was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Olive. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mildred Sisson, her beloved husband of 57 years Mr. William Rhea, her sister Brownie Lyons, and her brothers John Ross Sisson, Jerry Sisson, Brooks Sisson, Elam Sisson, Tommy Sisson. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Mary R. and Dr. William J. Conlee III, 2 granddaughters Brittney Tidwell (Michael) and Abbey Conlee, 4 great granddaughters Cayleigh Nicole Tidwell, Sophia Layne, Scarlett Rhea Tidwell and Rosey Mae Shackelford. Her brother J.R. Sisson (Donna) of Sevierville, Tn. As well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends that she loved unconditionally. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday June 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with the family receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Moncrief Cemetery.
