Frank a resident of Fultondale passed away at the age of 79. He served this Nation in the U.S. Army and he retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He enjoyed doing yard work and he loved his cats.
Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife of over 40 years, Jeanette Manning. He is survived by his son Mark Manning; daughters, Charlene Nalley and Donna Schmieley; brother, John Manning; grandchildren, Joe and Rebecca Schmieley; many other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Sat, May 10 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm with a funeral service at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in the Clanton Cemetery in Clanton, AL with Military Honors.
