Glenn was a part of the 1975 Class at Mortimer Jordan High School and a member of Glennwood Baptist Church. Glenn worked for Zurn Industries for 22 years and the city of Centerpoint where he retired in 2023.
Glendon Smith Hicks Jr. is survived by his loving wife, Tina of 51 years; his children, Jennifer Loggins (Lee), Rebecca King (Shane), Christopher Hicks (Kindra) and Elizabeth McCleney (Patrick); his 13 grandchildren, Canzady, Presley, Raymond, Eli Jakob, Jordan, Sarah, Paisley, Hannah, Kevin, Eli K., Kayden, Isaac, and Avery; his mother, Sarah Hicks; sisters, Kim Crawford and Sherry Hannah; as well as many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Rosie. He was preceded in death by his father, Glendon S. Hicks Sr.; and his daughter, Amanda Watts.
Glenn had a servant's heart of helping others, always fixing things, and putting his family first. His presence will be missed deeply by all those who had the pleasure of knowing Glenn.
