Grace Agnes Chandler

Grace Kelly Chandler, 88, of Warrior, Alabama, formerly of Augusta, Wisconsin, passed away on October 8, 2026. Born in Augusta, Wisconsin, Grace lived a life marked by love, faith, service, and devotion to her family.

At the age of 18, Grace left home to join the United States Air Force, where she met her future husband, Bill Chandler. They shared 49 years of marriage before his passing, building a life and family together.

Grace was a faithful member of Enon Baptist Church, where she enjoyed serving the Lord through her faith and fellowship. She was also an avid quilter, sharing her creativity and love through the things she made. Above all, Grace was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who treasured her family and the special memories they created together.

Grace is survived by her two daughters, Kelly Hill (Marty) and Teresa Campbell (Ricky); her grandchildren, Eric King (Hannah), Matthew King (Brandy), and Joshua Campbell (Courtney); and her great-grandchildren, Phoebe King, Brooke King, Natalie King, Brayden Campbell, Chandler Campbell, Will and Ava Campbell, Colton and Savannah Stewart. She also leaves behind many cherished memories with her extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William “Bill” Marshall Chandler.

Grace will be remembered for her steadfast faith, her service to her country, her creative spirit, and the unconditional love she gave to her family. Her life was a blessing to those who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who loved her.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in the love she shared, the faith she lived, and the lasting legacy she leaves behind.

Visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, on October 13, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, on October 13, 2026, beginning at 12:00 pm.
