Hershel Burrel Sandlin

Hershel Burrel Sandlin, born December 5, 1955 to the late Charles Burrel and Katie Bohannon Sandlin; passed away on March 7, 2023. Hershel was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Burrel Sandlin and Katie Bohannon Sandlin; and his brother, Craig Lynn Sandlin. He is survived by numerous cousins on both sides of his family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gardendale Baptist Tabernacle to maintain their church busses. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 1:30 to 2:00 pm at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel. A Celebration of Hershel’s Life will be on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel in the Fireside Room at 2:00 pm. Burial will take place at Morris Cemetery in Morris, Alabama.
