Martin, Jackie S., age 76 of Gardendale passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Charles Ray Martin and her father, Fred L. Stuart. She is survived by her loving family, her daughters, Kelli Martin Moman (Barry) and Karen Martin; grandsons, Rusty and Tyler Leslie; mother, Ruth G. Stuart; sister, Judy Myers (John); sister-in-law, Anne Martin; and host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She was a long time member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary. An avid Alabama football fan, she was a season ticket holder for fifty years.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 3rd, from 6 until 8 PM at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with funeral services Monday at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. The Rev. John Mount will officiate services.
