To the family of Mr. James L. Owens Jr. I would like to offer my condolences I became Mr. Owens caregiver from 2010- 2016 until I became ill myself I have really missed seeing him and his wife Shelia but I continued to keep in contact with them throughout the years. I was deeply saddened to hear that he had passed but I got to know him well as I took care of him so I know that he's resting peacefully. He was a true gem to me as Ihad just begun my life working as a caregiver. I had worked several jobs in my life but working as a caregiver was the most rewarding and the people I cared for always had a special place in my heart and he was the first one who stole my heart caring for him .I will always love him and miss him but I know God is taking care of him now . Thank you family for sharing him with me and may God bless you all.

I am a friend and co-worker of James's son Jim and only had the privilege of meeting him briefly one time, years ago when he came to Minnesota to visit. Please accept my condolences on the passing of your loved one. I offer you my thoughts, prayers and well wishes during this difficult time and hope that the love of family and friends will comfort and strengthen you in the days ahead.
With love and caring thoughts,
