Of Warrior, AL, was born on August 28, 1948 in Leeds, AL, and she went home to be with the Lord on March 30, 2016 at the age of 67. She was a loving mother and grandmother and she loved spending time with her family and friends. Janice is survived by her two sons, Roger Dale Henderson (Mitzi) and Rodney Curtis Henderson; her daughter Julie McCay (Shane), two brothers, Alfred Acton and Stanley; two sisters, Carla Jones and Catherine Acton; six grandchildren, Kyle McKinney (Brianna), Lilian Henderson, Isabella Henderson, Olivia Henderson, Alyssa Henderson, and Joshua McCay; one great granddaughter, Emma McKinney; many other family members and a host of friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm and a graveside service will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Gardendale, AL at 3:00pm.
