Jason Mault Humber Jr.

Jason was married to his loving wife of 72 years, Wilford Lorene Noe Humber on February 28, 1948. He proudly served our country in the US Navy from 1944 - 1946 and then from 1950 - 1954. He was a member of First Baptist Church Mt. Olive where he served as a deacon, and he was an avid fisherman and hunter. Jason loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents, Jason and Gracie Humber, one son, Sherman Humber; three brothers, Levi Humber, Eugene Humber, and David Humber; two sisters, June Jackson and Gail Humber.

Jason is survived by his wife, Wilford Humber, one son, Shane Humber (Sonya); one brother, Wayne Humber; one sister, Barva Allen; four grandchildren, Ginny Humber Park (Michael), Alexa Humber Smith (Joshua), Trenton Humber (Bridget) and Andrew Humber (Sara); one great granddaughter, Lily Humber; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A private graveside service for Jason will be held Saturday, May 9, 2020 in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mt. Olive, AL.
