Jay Passed away peacefully Tuesday morning with his mother and father at his side. He is survived by his parents, Barry and Donna Parsons of Gardendale; Grandparents, Nick and Doris Leo of Gardendale; Siblings, Lauren Belcher (Joshua), Devin House, and Maggie Parsons; nephew and nieces, Dylan, Elliana, and Anna Belcher.
Services were held at the North Campus of the Gardendale First Baptist Church on Friday, October 25, 2013.
