Jimmy Morgan

Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lee Crowe; and step-son, Tony Galbraith. He is survived by his father, James Morgan; his loving wife of 23 years, Tammy Morgan; daughters, Kristin Riddlesperger (Jared) and step-daughter, Sicily Galbraith; son, DJ Morgan; sister, Jodi Allison (James); brother, Jamie Morgan; grandchildren, Tony, Madisyn (Josh), Cameron, Mason, Jackson, Gracy, and Taylor, and many friends.

Jimmy was a huge Alabama football fan and he loved to visit Nashville, TN and attend the Grand Ole Opry. He was a Pipe Fitter and a member of Local Union 91 for over 20 years. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.

A visitation for Jimmy will be held Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Fireside Room at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A graveside service will occur Monday, September 4, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Pawnee Baptist Cemetery, 4700 Hewitt Drive, Birmingham, AL 35217.
