John Marcrum Peterson

John dedicated his career as a pipefitter and was a proud member of UA Local Union 91, where he built lasting friendships and took great pride in his work. He was a hardworking man with a generous heart who loved his family above all else. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching Alabama football, fishing, and, most importantly, being Grandaddy to his grandsons, Henry and Jack, who were the light of his life.

John will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his strong work ethic, and the kindness he showed to everyone he met.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Debra Peterson; his daughter, Morgan Brower, and her husband, Cody; his mother, Barbara Peterson; his father, Durwood Peterson; and his cherished grandsons, Henry and Jack Brower. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Rex Peterson, Chris Peterson, and Michael Lee Peterson; and his grandparents, Oscar Durwood Peterson and Carolyn Peterson.

A Celebration of the Life of John Marcrum Peterson will be held on Saturday, September 26th. Additional service details will be shared by the family.
