OBITUARY
Joshua Aaron Killingsworth
April 17, 1983 – April 1, 2021
Joshua Aaron Killingsworth, age 37, of Hayden, Alabama passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021. Joshua was born April 17th, 1983. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bevin Killingsworth. He is survived by his mother, Candace Latham, father and step-mother, Jerome and Shirley Nietupski; two sisters, Shawna (Phillip) Doss and Katelyn (Nicholas) Vetrano; two nieces, Abigail King and Caroline Vetrano; two nephews, Chandler Vetrano and Michael King; girlfriend, Jillian Criswell, many Marine Corps brothers and many friends. Joshua served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2001-2011. He worked in the heating and air business for 11 years both domestically and internationally. He loved traveling the world and seeing new places. When he was home, he enjoyed spending most of his time with his nieces/nephews and playing in his jeep, “Black Betty”, at any mud hole he could find. Memorial service will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendance is limited at the cemetery. There will be a Celebration of Josh’s life following the service at 153 Albright Farm Rd, Montevallo, AL 35115. Met Josh while working on an Embassy project. We hit it off and joked for days on end about our military times and a host of other stuff.
He was always funny and I would say we bonded being Marine & Navy Seabee.
RIP Brudder, so sorry that you are gone.. Heaven just got another protector.

He was my roommate in dominican republic in 2013 when we were working on the embassy there. Such a great human being. So sad to hear of his passing. In my prayers brother and the family.R.I.P. Brother..
