Juanita, a resident of Hayden, AL, passed away at the age of 87. She felt that her greatest accomplishment in life was being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents Albert C. and Carrie Weathers, her loving husband, William A. Lowery; brothers, Balcom Weathers and James Weathers; sister, Ruby Lee Cumbie; grandchildren, Lynn Lowery, Kris Dobbs and Lane Dobbs. She is survived by her son, William Ronnie Lowery; daughter, Vickie Jane Dobbs; sister, Sarah Barnes; grandchildren, Jeff Lowery (Stacy), Kimmi Spainer, Lee Dobbs, and Nathan Harris (Kara); great-grandchildren, Keri Williams, Ryan Spanier, Whitley Lowery, Ethan Lowery and Emily Lowery; great-great grandchildren, Alisha Harris, Renee Harris, Krista Payne and Kabree Payne.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation on Sunday, Oct 26, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. A funeral service on Monday, Oct 27, 2014 at 11:00pm followed by her entombment in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum.
