

Judy was the youngest of three siblings. She was the baby of the family. She was a fun aunt, and the mom everyone wanted. She loved music and dancing. Judy had a selfless heart; always wanting to help others and never asking for help herself. Judy loved deeply with her entire heart. She was a child of God who adored her husband, children, and family very much. She loved gardening, especially her beloved roses. She enjoyed crocheting and had a passion for home decorating.
Judy is preceded in death her mother, Maebell Thomas; stepfather, Felix Thomas; brother Jack Hazelrig; father Lidge Hazelrig; great-niece, Madison Pilkington. Judy is survived by her husband, Norman Elmore; son Alan Pattillo; daughter, Gina Mayes; sister, Linda Cabinass; granddaughter, Shelby Mayes; two grandsons, Bishop Pattillo & Brady Mayes; with a host of multiple nieces, nephews, and great nieces, and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, located at 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, on October 26, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same location from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on October 26, 2025.
