Mitchell, Kathleen Self, age 94, of Nashville, TN and formerly of Warrior, AL, passed away on Thursday January 26, 2012. Graveside services will be Saturday, January 28th at 2:00 PM, at the Pleasant Hills Church of Christ Cemetery. Jerrel Fikes of the Pleasant Hills Church of Christ will be officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents, Egbert and Nancy Self; husband, James Farlon Mitchell and great-grandson, Logan William Mitchell. She is survived by her son Jerry Mitchell (Connie) of Nashville, TN; granddaughter Jennifer Price (Jay) of Smyrna, TN; grandsons Jeremy and Joshua Mitchell of Nashville, TN; great-grandsons, Jonas and Clay Price of Smyrna, TN; great-granddaughter Olivia Mitchell of Jackson, MS; as well as nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pleasant Hills Cemetery Fund.
