Linda J. Hill

Linda J. Hill, age 72, of Gardendale, Alabama passed away on Monday March 9, 2020. Linda was born February 12, 1948. Linda was employed by NexTran Trucking Company with several years of service and was a long standing member of Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church. She loved working in the yard and being outdoors , Horses, but most of all her family and especially her grandchildren. Linda was preceded in death by her brother Joe Doss, her sisters Marie Doss Byrd and Martha Doss Odom. She leaves behind her daughter Marthina Lloyd Hunt (Johnny), her sisters Patricia L. Moore ( Barry) and Cyntralia Robertson (Walt), her grandchildren T.J. Bittle (Sarah) and Alex Hays and her great - grandchildren Olivia Claire Bittle and Kellan Dane Bittle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends whom she loved very much. She will be missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life visiitation for Linda will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A celebration of life service will occur Friday, March 13, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A burial will occur at Walkers chapel, Fultondale, Alabama.
