Marie Cranford

Marie B. Cranford of Gardendale, AL was called home to be with our LORD on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Marie was a long time member of the Calcedonia Baptist Church in the Northern Gardendale area.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reves Beasley and Willie Mae Mayfield; Sisters, June and Elizabeth.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Talmadge Cranford; Daughter, Debra McCormick (James); Son, Phillip Cranford (Kelly); Brothers, Wayne, Rickey and Travis; Sisters, Nell, Winnell, Pauline, Ann, Kathleen and Brenda; Grandchildren, Kimberly Roberts (Scott), Johnnie McCormick, Nick Cranford and Andrew Cranford; Great-grandchildren, Hudson James Roberts, Lauryn Roberts, Brannen Roberts and Mason Roberts; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends and relatives.

A visitation will be held at the Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Saturday, November 2nd, 2013 from 1:30pm until 2:30pm with a funeral service at 2:30pm. Interment will be in the Calcedonia Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Rev. Danny Miller.
