Martha a longtime resident of Hoover, AL, went home to be with the Lord at the age of 75. She was a longtime member of Shades Mountain Baptist Church. She had a long career that she enjoyed as a school teacher and was teaching at Bagley Jr. High School when she retired.
She is survived by her son, Tim Berryhill (Kimberley); sisters, Montine, Ida Mae and Ina Fae; a grandson, T.J. Berryhill; great grandchildren, Elexi and Aleena Berryhill; nieces, Marilyn, Michelle, Julie and Jennifer; other family members and a host of friends.
Her services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Friday, Aug 7, with a visitation from at 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm with a funeral service during this time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a cancer research institute of your choice.
