As a member of Hill Dale Baptist church, she taught Kindergarten for several years. She worked in the family business and worked for Health South Corporate Office in the payroll department. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith and devotion to her family and community. Angie touched many lives through her kindness and generosity.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Bishop; her parents, Dub and Mary Turner; a granddaughter, Ashley Bishop; brothers, Gerald Turner and Pete Turner; sister, Elaine Moore. Angie is survived by a son Allen Bishop and a daughter, Donna Bishop; a brother, Mike Turner; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Friday, October 24th at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel at 2 PM with a visitation to begin at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
