Of the Glenwood community, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 4, 2012. She was a lifetime member of Glenwood Baptist Church, worked in the community sitting with the elderly, and organized many community functions. Mary Jo was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Burl Harding. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Jones (Roger); 2 sons: Andy Harding (Becky) and Danny Harding; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Monday, October 8, 2012 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 beginning at 10:00 AM, officiated Reverend Tim Thompson and Dan Miller. Interment will be in Glenwood Baptist Cemetery.
