Mary Kate Miller Huey

MARY KATE MILLER HUEY, age 87, of Hueytown, AL, departed this world to live in Heaven with the Lord on Monday, March 28, 2011. She was a member of Garywood Baptist Church and also a member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rick W. Huey; her parents, William B. Miller and Dessie Irene Miller; and two brothers, John Miller and Don Miller. She is survived by her daugher, Elaine Musgrove (Johnny); three granddaughters, Lana Kyle (Richard) of Fultondale, Kim Martin of Morris, and Jennifer Holliyan of Mt. Olive; ten great-grandchildren, Adam Kyle, Rachel Kyle, Andrew Kyle, Austin Kyle, Mary Kate Landreth, Lauren Landreth, Heather Wideman (Lee), Chad Holliyan, Brandon Holliyan, and Savannah Holliyan. Her service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Rev. Charles Sunday is officiating.
