Melanie Rose Renfrow, age 35 of Gardendale, Al passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016. Melanie was a loving and caring daughter, sister, and Aunt MelMel to her wonderful nieces. She was greatly loved by all who knew her. She received her master’s degree in Psychology from Freed-Hardeman University in Tennessee and was a property manager in her families Real Estate business. Melanie was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Rose Renfrow. She is survived by her father, Bill Renfrow; her sister, Amy Swallows (Jeremy); MelMel to her nieces, Catherine Ray Swallows, Kaitlyn Rose Swallows, and Kourtney Lee Swallows; Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday evening, December 16th at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 6 until 8 PM. Chapel services will be Saturday beginning at 12 noon and followed with burial in Oakwood Memorial gardens.
