He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Phyllis Flowers Loebler, daughter Carmen Michelle (Blair) Hughes, granddaughter Kendall Nicole Hughes, mother Edna Ingram Loebler, brother Norman Alan (Gracie) Loebler, niece Kristen (Jeff) Atkins, nephew Michael Joseph (Kimberlee) Loebler, great niece Kaelyn Atkins, great nephew Mason Atkins, and a host of extended family and close friends.
He is preceded in death by his infant son, Philip Michael Loebler, his father, Rudolf Michael Loebler, and an infant brother.
Ricky was a member of Pineywood Baptist Church, and retired from TruckWorx (Kenworth of Birmingham) after 30 years of service. He was a devoted husband and father, and he will be forever loved and cherished in our hearts.
A visitation for Ricky will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
Ricky will be laid to rest in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, AL 35071-2374.
