Richard Allan Taylor, age 57, of Gardendale, Alabama passed away on Sunday December 30, 2018. Richard was born November 6, 1961 in Lincolnshire, England. He was the adopted son of Jerry and Mary Taylor. Survivors include his son Richard Brandon Taylor, daughter Carley Cathleen Taylor, grandchildren include twins Raelan Marie and Ryan Alexander Taylor. Two sisters Tonia Lee Daman and Melanie Ann Taylor and several nephews and a host of friends. Also surviving are aunts Janice Johnson (Ron) from Semmes, Al. and Judy Taylor from Morris, Al.
A celebration of life visitation for Richard will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A celebration of life memorial service will occur Friday, January 4, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A private disposition for Richard will be held by the family at a later date.
