Ronald Callahan, age 82 of Pawnee passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. He enjoyed fishing and loved to cook and have fish fries for his Pawnee Baptist Church friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Mereda Shirley Callahan. Ronald is survived by his loving family, his daughter, Carol Ozley; grandchildren, Dana Biddy and Scotty Ozley; brothers, Wesley Callahan and Manuel Callahan; a sister, Marilyn Davis; his special friend, Louise Bryant; and a host of extended family and friends.
Chapel services will be held on Wednesday, November 1st at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
