Sarah was known as a loving mother, Nana, and friend to all she would meet. She also was one of the luckiest gamblers and loved enjoying beautiful beach days with her family.
Mrs. Brakefield is survived by her sons, Eric Davis (Jessica) and Sean Davis; as well as a host of grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Paul Brakefield; father, Oscar Jett; mother, Louise Jett; brother, Randall "Randy" Jett; and son, Jason Davis.
The Brakefield family expresses just how much they will miss Sarah and that they will forever cherish their memories with her.
A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, located at 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama, 35071. The visitation is scheduled for November 30, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
