Stanley “Ronald” Pennington, a resident of Warrior, Alabama, was born in Birmingham, Alabama on October 31, 1948 and passed away peacefully on February 7, 2018 at the age of 69. Ronald loved his family and enjoyed all the time he spent with them, he will be greatly missed.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Huey and Pearl Pennington; his wife, Carole Wolford Pennington; a brother, James Pennington, and a sister, Linda Kay Jackson.
Ronald is survived by three sons; Sammie Pennington (Krissy), Kevin Pennington, and Bradley Pennington (Jessica); a brother, Steve Pennington (Wanda); a sister, Janie Pennington Brown (Manning); five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; many other family members and a host of friends.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Saturday, February 10, 2018 with a visitation to begin at 1:00pm; funeral service at 2:00pm followed by his burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Gardendale, Alabama.
