Timothy Alan Thomas, a resident of Gardendale, AL, was born on January 8th, 1964 and passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on October 6th, 2016 at the age of 52. Tim loved to play his guitar and listen to music. He also loved the outdoors, cooking on the grill and Alabama football.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Thomas, mother, Betty Jean Robinson, step father, Red Robinson and a sister, Teresa Nesbit.
Tim is survived by his loving wife of 7 years, Bonnie Thomas, three sons, Timmy Thomas, Josh Thomas, and Phillip Graves (Abigail); eight grandchildren, Jacob Thomas, Jackson Thomas, Layla Thomas, Gaitlyn Thomas, Logan Graves, Landon Graves, Ella Graves and Dixie Graves, many other family members and friends.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel, with a visitation on Saturday, October 8th from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral service, Sunday, October 9th at 1:00pm followed by his burial in Elvester Cemetery, Warrior, AL.
