Carr, 86, passed away December 25, 2018 in Birmingham, AL. Bill lived in Clearwater many
years. He worked at Ross Yacht. He is now reunited with the love of his life, Ann H. Taylor.
He will be missed by family and friends. Burial will be at Sylvan Abby. No services Planned.
