Andrew Alexander Sims

Andrew is preceded in death by his great-grandma, Deb.

He is survived by his parents, Dianna Kavchak and Larry Sims, Jr.; and sisters, Gwynabeth and Annabelle.

Andrew had been living with his grandparents, George and Michele Kavchak of Killeen. He was their world. His great-grandmother, Ginny Miller (Gigi), had so much fun being around him and learning from him. She gave support to Michele when she needed it.

Andrew’s other grandparents live in Florida, Larry and Joann Sims. He has great-grandparents in Pittsburgh, PA, along with a great-aunt and great-uncle. His aunt Heather and uncle Ro were also around to help.

Andrew loved to watch Danny Go and Simple Songs on TV and had his pad to play with all the time.

He loved his trampoline and had fun times on his splash pad. His favorite foods were all things peanut butter, cheese, crackers, quesadillas, pizza, and ice cream.

The family would like to thank the Action Behavior Centers for all they have done for Andrew and his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 393 N Interstate Hwy 35, Georgetown, TX 78628, US, on August 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
