Charles Dick DuBose

Charles Dick DuBose was born September 16, 1931 and died on December 8, 2023.  He lived to be an age of 92 years.  He was born in McAllen, Texas to Charles L. DuBose and Emma Flowers DuBose.  Dick grew up in Alice, Texas where he attended high school.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Texas A & I University.  Dick married Gloria Ann Balch on March 20, 1954, the first day of spring.  

His career was spent at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.  With his wife Gloria, they raised three children in El Paso, Texas:  Carol, James and David.  Upon retirement Dick and Gloria moved to Georgetown, Texas where they enjoyed the “country life.”  Charles Dick DuBose is survived by his wife- Gloria, children- Carol (Ernie), James (Tracy), David (Carl), grandchildren- Jerrie, Danny (J’Nae), Colt, Chelsea, Christopher (Payton) and great grandchildren – Jimmy, Caroline, Amelia.  May he rest in peace.  

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
