Diane Lynne Phillips

Diane is survived by her mother Dorothy, brother Mike and his wife Marjorie. She was preceded in death by her father Eugene.

Diane was born in Endicott NY on October 10, 1958. She grew up in New York State and Rochester Minnesota. She graduated from Union- Endicott High School where as a member of the band marched in the Orange Bowl and Rose Bowl Parades. She attended SUNY Cortland, Texas State University, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.

Diane began her career working in the retail and corporate environment. She had the opportunity to live two years in Japan while her father was with IBM in Tokyo. She found her true passion as a dental assistant working for Dr. Steven Lindley and Drs. Clay and Trevor Hamilton in Northwest Austin for over twenty five years. She retired in January 2025.

Diane enjoyed spending time at the family cabin in Cloudcroft, New Mexico which truly is 9000 feet above stress level.

Thanks to the staff at Texas Oncology on Balcones Drive along with Dr. Kasper and Dr Fu for their assistance over her ten years of a courageous battle with cancer. Thanks also to Dr. Clay Hamilton, Dr. Trevor Hamilton and the staff at Hamilton Dental for their support.
