Donnie Ruth Allred

Donnie Ruth Allred, 53, of Granger, entered in to the presence of her Heavenly Father early Friday morning, December 10, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. The family will receive friends at the Gabriels Funeral Chapel & Crematory from 6:00-8:00 pm on Sunday, December 12, 2010. There will be a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 pm. Donnie was born September 7, 1957 to George Franklin and Jean (Easley) Allred in Shaw, MS. She attended and graduated from Jewett-Scio High School in Scio, OH. She worked in Human Resources for Durcon, Inc. Donnie lived in Corn Hill for 18 years, worshipping at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the last three years of her life was spent living in Granger. Donnie is preceded in death by her father, George; and a niece, Regina Whitman. She leaves to cherish her memory sons, Chris Nemec and his wife Maranda and their son Luke of Granger, Andrew Nemec of Weir; daughter, Jessica and her husband Jason Ivicic and their children Hunter, Brody, and Logan of Granger; Aunt, Ruth and her husband Cal Amidon of Proctor; mother and step-father, Jean and Tommy Tomerlin of Georgetown; sisters, Margaret and husband Jim Pickens and their daughter Marci of Hopedale, OH, Debbie and husband Joseph Belanger and their children Samantha and Cheyann of Crestview, FL; brother, Jack Allred and his wife Jeanette and their son John of Hopedale, OH. The family suggests memorial be made to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation to further breast cancer research at P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309
