Emily Jean Lopez, 48 of Jarrell, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born January 14, 1970, the daughter of Eugene Bailey and Irene Mannrriquez in Georgetown, Texas.Emily attended Macedonia Baptist Church and worked as a Patient Care Representative at Rock Springs in Georgetown. She loved to read, play solitaire, and drink her Dr. Peppers. Emily loved and worked hard for her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Andre Hill and father, Eugene Bailey.Survivors include her children, Oscar Lopez Jr. and Marina Lopez; her mother, Irene Mannrriquez; brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Ann Thompson, John Anthony Vasquez, Natasha Bailey, Michael Bailey, Amy McMichael, Teresa Jones, and Lisa Sedwick; grandchildren, J’dyn Lopez, Serenity Lopez, Imani Harrison, and Kelis Harrison.Funeral services will be held 2PM, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel and Crematory with burial to follow at Rocky Hollow Cemetery.A visitation will be held from 12PM to 2PM, Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
