Georgetown resident, Gilda Castillo Ortiz went home to her Heavenly Father. Gilda was born October 1, 1953 in Mexicali, Baja California. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Frank Ortiz and her son, Christopher Ortiz and his wife, Delilah, and grandson, Vance Ortiz. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 in Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown. "We are all God's children."
