Hector Serna Reyes, 45 of Georgetown, Texas passed away on Friday, January 10, 2009. Hector was born August 16, 1963 in Aguascalientes, Mexico to Gabino Serna Esparza and Bertha Reyes Garay. Hector worked locally at The Georgetown Country Club. Hector and his wife attended St. Helen’s Catholic Church. Hector is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Genoveva Venegas Sanchez; his mother, Bertha Reyes Garay; his children, Hector Serna, Gabriela Serna, Beatrice Serna, Verenice Serna, Eduardo Serna; his siblings, Gabino Serna and wife Lorena, Mike Reyes, Yolanda Esquivel and husband Javier, Salvador Serna and wife Evelyn, Mayra Lilia Jimenez Vasquez and husband Adan; along with many other loving family members. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 North IH 35, Georgetown, Texas from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. A memorial mass will be celebrated for Hector, on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 2:00PM at St. Helen’s Catholic Church.
