Lupe B. Vasquez

Guadalupe “Lupe” Bracamontez Vasquez Born- February 6, 1935 Died- February 10, 2010 Lupe was born in Andice, Texas and has been a long time member of the Georgetown community. She joins her husband of 50 years, Henry Martinez Vasquez Sr., son, Henry Martin Vasquez Jr. and father, Fidencio Bracamontez in heaven. Lupe’s surviving family members are her mother Maria Soccorro Mena Bracamontez, Daughters, Sylvia Vasquez-MacKenzie, Sandra Alvarado and Sharon Vasquez Boyd, Grandchildren, Raven Thomas Green, Christopher Vasquez, Henry Ryan Vasquez, Phillip Alvarado, Cassandra Vasquez, Miranda Boyd, Megan Boyd, Micala Boyd and Wyatt Boyd , Great grandchildren- Madison Grace Green, and Chase Smolinsky, Siblings, Janie Ochoa, Jovita Richarte and Josie Valdez, Henry Bracamontez and Eddie Bracamontez, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Lupe was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend to all that knew her. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. The Vasquez family would like to send a special and sincere thank you to the doctors and nurses of the Georgetown St David’s Intensive Care Unit for the wonderful care given to our loved one. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2010 in Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown. There will be a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Helen’s Catholic Church at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2010.
