Nancy Marie Glover

Nancy Marie Glover, 71, of Florence, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 5pm to 7pm at the Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 North IH-35, Georgetown, Texas. A service celebrating her life will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 10am at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Glover Family Cemetery, 25015 Stillman Valley Rd., Florence, TX, 76527. Honoring Mrs. Glover as pallbearers will be: Bennie Nichols, David Davis, Thomas Davis, Carl Joiner, Dearl Emery and Lloyd Farmer. Nancy was born on November 21, 1943 in Austin, Texas to the late Hubert and Margie Clawson. She graduated high school in Austin before furthering her education to become a certified nursing assistant. In 1983 she married Frank Glover, with whom she shared the joys of life for more than 31 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Margie; daughter, Regina Davis-Farmer; three brothers, Allen, Joe and Hubie; one sister, Patsy; and great-great grandson, Jaxon Joiner. She leaves behind to cherish her memory: husband, Frank; son, Bennie Nichols and wife Sherry of Killeen; daughter, Nancy Emery and husband Dearl of Hearne; daughter, Vicky Joiner and husband Carl of Leander; daughter, Rebecca Cooke of Florence; sons, David Davis and Thomas Davis of Florence; 23 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; brother, Dale Clawson and wife Alice of Pflugerville; numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
