Phyllis Theresa Earley

Phyllis Theresa Earley, born Phyllis Theresa Anufrom, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on April 9, 1933, in Dedham, Massachusetts, to John and Appolonia Anufrom.

On June 2, 1951, Phyllis married the love of her life, Carl Earley. Together they shared 68 years of marriage and built a life centered on family, love, and lasting memories.

Lovingly reunited with her husband, Carl Earley, her son, Robert Earley, and her son-in-law , Christopher Roberts. Phyllis leaves behind a family who cherished her deeply. She was the devoted mother of seven children: Jerry Earley(Debbie), Kathleen Hand(Ernie) , Daniel Earley, Robert Earley(Maria) , Charlene Earley(Bob), Jacqueline Earley, and Christine Roberts(Chris). She was also blessed with 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Throughout her life, Phyllis found happiness in spending time with her family and creating cherished memories with those she loved. She enjoyed camping with her children, traveling in the family RV, watching hockey games, and sharing special moments with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She especially loved traveling to Florida, collecting seashells, and tending to her beautiful garden, which often served as the backdrop for treasured family photographs. Her homemade holiday cakes became a beloved family tradition that everyone looked forward to year after year.

Phyllis lived in Sayreville, New Jersey, before moving to Manalapan, New Jersey, where she spent many happy years raising her family and making a welcoming home. In 2016, she relocated to Texas to be closer to loved ones.

Phyllis will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her kindness, her strength, and the love she shared so freely with everyone around her. Her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Graveside Services will be held at Central Texas Veterans Cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542, on July 2, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
