Spencer Parker was born to the late Jimmy and Isabella Parker on August 12, 1957 in Florence, Texas. Spencer passed away on August 3, 2018. He was a hardworking man. He worked for the City of Georgetown and Georgetown High, and most recently for St. David’s Georgetown Hospital. Spencer Parker was married to Regina Parker, they shared 38 wonderful years together, as well as 3 loving daughters; Crystal Hutchison, Donnetta Hale and Ashley Parker, 3 granddaughters; Shakieria Ricks, Tisheanea Taylor and Zakieria Scott, that he loved dearly. He also leaves to cherish his brother Jimmy Parker Jr., sisters Dorothy Parker Wilkerson, Linda Parker, Mary Beale, Helen Parker, Doris Parker Ochoa and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Elizabeth Tanksley.
