

William was born July 31, 1929 in Tulsa Oklahoma, he was the son of George Carney and Anna V. Black.
Marilyn was born March 23, 1936 in Gary Indiana, she was the daughter of Rolland Worth Perry and Bertha Vianna Strope.
Marilyn and William were wed in holy matrimony on June 19, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
William is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers John Black Carney, George Carney Jr, and sisters Mary Daly, and Betty Beasley.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Rolland Buddy Perry and sister Patricia Ryan.
They are survived by their beloved Sons, John Carney, Robert Carney and wife Kathi, of Georgetown, Texas, and Michael Carney and his wife Dee Dee, of Trenton Texas; Grand-children Travis Carney, Shane Carney, Nathan Carney, Ashley Miles, Megan Hinton , and Jessica Parker as well as numerous great grandchildren whom they adored.
William worked as an Electrical Salesman for many years in Houston and Austin, most recently for Lighting Inc. He proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Marilyn worked for over 10 years as a Manager for Lighting Inc. She dearly loved her volunteer work at The Caring Place, visiting patients in the hospital at Seton, and at various churches.
Memorial Services will be held at Santa Rosa Catholic Church in Andice, Texas. They will be inurned at The Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas among the heroes who have served our country.
They were the greatest parents and wonderful people who embraced life to the fullest. They will be greatly missed by many close family and friends.
