David was born to the late Catherine Niedermaier and Thomas Niedermaier on July 28, 1982, in St Paul, MN. He graduated from Henry Sibley High School in West St. Paul. After high school, David lived in Vienna, VA prior to moving to California in 2005.
David worked as a successful salesman in several jobs until his last job with ETO Doors in Los Angeles. His friendly, courteous and informed demeanor was a great support to his customers and to the company. He was well loved and appreciated by his workmates as well as the owners of the firm.
David’s real passion though was for his beloved daughter, Katelynn May Niedermaier, born on June 28, 2010. With Katelynn and her mother Jennifer Cinco, David shared his love for the outdoors, day trips in and throughout the LA area and eating out at the ethnic restaurants so prevalent in LA. His purpose in life was to ensure Katelynn was happy, active and responsible, and a good kid. He accomplished this with great love and affection.
David is survived by his daughter Katelynn of Los Angeles. He also is survived by his father Thomas of Vienna, VA, step mother Jacquelyn Niedermaier of Vienna, VA, his brother, Daniel Niedermaier of Titusville, FL and sister, Theresa McLaughlin of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by his step-siblings, Meredith Dyer of Charleston, SC, Wesley Evans of Arlington, VA and Drew Evans of Arlington, VA. David’s nieces and nephews adored him because of his cheerful and playful manner. He was always fun in the pool, driving the ATV or playing basketball.
