Te vamos a extrañar mucho tio. . . Mi papa Mele siempre le daba tanto gusto cuando nos visitaba y tambien cuando yo y el nos ibamos en su carrito eléctrico caminando para ir a dar la vuelta para visitarlo - a su hermanito Arcadio. Y a mi me gustaba tanto las pláticas de historia que nos platicaban de los días de El Salto. Y me acuerdo que una ves chavelita y yo tomábamos notas de los dichos que dician... Mi papá Melecio le tiene un AMOR muy especial a usted Tío. Yo extraño tanto estar platicando con usted y mi papá,  y no quería que esos momentos llegaran a su fin. A mi papá le dolió mucho saber sus noticias tío, las noticias tristes de su hermanito, pero la Fe de mi papá y la Fe mía sabemos que un día estaremos juntos un día en el Reino y Gloria de Dios - ahí con mi Mama Eva y mi hermana Mona. Y yo también se que su Fe tiene que estar fuerte también como la de mi papá por que son hermanos, y hermanos que se quieren MUCHO. . . Mis Oraciones siempre están con tigo tío especialmente en este momento y también pido por su familia que es mi familia (-mis primos y primas-). Que Diosito lo purifique de todos sus pecados con la sangre preciosa de Jesús y que acompañe a su Hermano, a mi Mama y mi Hermana en el Cielo al lado derecho de Dios. Lo quiero mucho Tio y su hermano Melecio también lo quiere mucho! Que la Virgen Santísima lo cubre que su manto y Diosito lo bendiga SIEMPRE. AMEN.

¡Hola Pa! Estoy extranañdo mucho. I wish to see your smile again, or to hear your big laugh. Everyday I pass your room or the door, I wish I was being met with your grin and big voice saying “¡Hola Goya!” I remember you would always make fun of me for always answering “nada” to you whenever you asked me “whatcha doin.” Everyday we saw eachother you’d always say “whatcha” and immediately we’d both say “nadaaa.” I’m going to miss that so much. I’m going to miss saying hi to you before leaving to work and always admiring how you still watered the grass despite having trouble using your arm or walking. You never let anything stop you. You were always persistent, determined, and undeniably the hardest working man I have ever met. I understand why you always shared the same stories about your life, I’ll miss hearing them. What I would give to hear them one more time. Despite any challenges or faults, you never let it get in the way of your goals. I always saw you as a bull, so solid, strong, even stubborn, but always focused on exactly what you wanted. I’ll forever carry the things you taught me including your work ethic. You weren’t perfect Pa, no one is, but you were the perfect Pa for our family. We needed you and still do. Nana misses you so much, but I know you called her your Leona for a reason. She’s strong and will forever be your lili. I know she’s going to miss having you to come home to after our trips to the store. She would always anticipate coming home just to feed you. We’ll miss you , it’s the hardest goodbye but I know I will see you again and I can’t wait to laugh with you and tell you everything I’ll always want to share with you. Te quiero muchisimo, siempre. 

I’m so sorry for your loss. I didn’t know your grandfather but I’m sure he was a beautiful, giving and loving person. Because that’s how Gloria is. I know you and your family are going through a tough time Mija. I will be praying for you and your family. This is your Tia Margie. Luv u Mija. ❤️
