My condolences to Cipriano's family. He was my lead man at ASF-28 back in the day. When my family and I survived a horrific car accident, Cipriano visited us with a card and money to get us through our tough time. I could never thank him and the guys at the shop enough.

I had the honor of working with Franco for 10years at the Army Flight facility at Los Alamitos Ca.  Doing a great job for the 63rd Army reserve both in civillan side and military unit you could not find a better person to work with.

Cipriano was my crew chief when our engine failed over Gardena in 1979 enroute back from Camp Roberts. He was one of the best.  Rest in peace Pal.

It was a privilege to have such a fine man among us, serving his country. His legacy of honor will go on. He will be missed.
