

Doug Johnson enjoyed life, loved his family, and led his life with humor, pride, and honor. He was born on June 21,1942 in San Diego, CA to Lloyd Johnson and Ida Hendricks. In 1960 he graduated from Azusa High School where he met his sweetheart and lifelong partner, Judy. Doug and Judy were married on June 29,1963. Doug worked as a grocery checker, then became a salesman with Weber's Bread followed by his transition into the insulation supply business where he became a co-owner of CWCI Supply in the City of Industry.
Doug and Judy enjoyed traveling and camping. Doug was an avid race enthusiast, golfer, fly fisherman and enjoyed attending sporting events across the country such as the Indy 500, Super Bowl, and many professional golf tournaments.
Doug is survived by his sister Cheryll Sumpter, two brothers Lloyd Johnson and Kris Murray, his daughters Diane Wheatley and Debby DeKoning, son-in-law Kenny DeKoning and three grand-daughters, Jordan Wheatley, Kendra and Shelby DeKoning, His wife of nearly 54 years, Judy recently passed away in November 2016.
